Chenille stems — the soft, wired craft material sometimes called pipe cleaners. Every petal is shaped and every stem wired by hand. They are not fresh flowers, not dried ones and not moulded plastic.

Years. There is no water to change and nothing to wilt. Keep them out of long hours of direct sunlight, which can fade any dyed fibre over time, and dust them occasionally with a soft brush or a hairdryer on its coolest setting.

A standard bouquet takes a few days, because each stem is made individually. Give us three to five days where you can, and longer for large or intricate pieces. If you need something sooner, ask — we sometimes have finished pieces ready.

Yes, and this is the real advantage of handmade. We are not limited to what is in the market that week, so any colour combination is possible in any season. Send a photo, a paint shade or a piece of fabric and we will match it as closely as the material allows.

Yes. Send us the photo and tell us if you want the same colours or different ones. Because each is made by hand, small variations are natural — it will be very close, not identical.

It depends on the number of stems and how intricate the flowers are. Tell us your budget and we will tell you honestly what it will buy, and what a little more would get you. The price is confirmed in writing before we start.

UPI or bank transfer. We ask for payment once you have approved the design and quote.

Yes — we photograph every finished piece and send it to you before it leaves us. If it is not what you had in mind, tell us and we will adjust it.

We deliver across Bengaluru and the areas around it. The charge depends on distance and is confirmed with your quote, never added afterwards. Because nothing perishes, we can also arrange courier delivery further afield — ask us and we will quote it.

Send us a photo the same day. A bent stem we can usually talk you through straightening at home; anything worse and we will repair or replace it.

Yes — wedding return gifts, corporate gifting, small events and party favours. These need more notice than a single bouquet, so tell us the quantity and the date as early as you can and we will quote after a short conversation.
