How we handle your information

The short version: we collect only what we need to make and deliver your order, and we do not sell it.

Who we are

Meemi Bloom makes handmade flower bouquets and home decor to order. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Meemi Bloom. You can reach us at hello@meemibloom.com or on +91 91649 52630 with any question about this policy or about your information.

What we collect

We only collect what an order needs:

Your name and phone number
Your email address, if you contact us by email
The recipient's name, phone number and delivery address
The message you want written on the card
Order details, delivery date and payment reference
The content of your messages to us, including any photos you send us for colour matching

We do not collect or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Payments are made directly through your own banking or UPI app.

Why we use it

To design, price, make and deliver your order
To contact you about that order, including sending you a photo before delivery
To keep a record of orders for accounting and tax purposes
To answer questions and resolve problems

We send promotional messages only if you have asked us to. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Photographs of your order

We sometimes photograph finished pieces for this website and for social media. These photographs show the flowers only — never your name, your message or your address. If you would rather we did not photograph your order at all, tell us and we will not.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary, and only to complete your order:

Our delivery rider or courier receives the recipient's name, address and phone number
Messaging and email providers carry our conversations with you and hold them under their own privacy terms
Government authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.

Messaging platforms

Most orders reach us over WhatsApp. Those conversations are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. If you would rather not use it, email or call us instead.

Cookies and this website

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google may log your IP address as part of serving that file.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records. Message conversations are kept while they are useful for serving you, and deleted when they are not.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete information we are not legally required to keep, or stop sending you messages. Write to hello@meemibloom.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
