How we work together

1. Who we are

Meemi Bloom makes handmade flower bouquets, gifts and home decor to order in Bengaluru. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Meemi Bloom, and "you" means the person placing an order. You can reach us at hello@meemibloom.com or on +91 91649 52630.

These terms apply when you order from us, whether by WhatsApp, email, phone or in person. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. What we sell

Everything we make is handmade from chenille stems and wire. Our pieces are not fresh flowers, not dried flowers and not moulded plastic. They do not need water and they do not wilt.

Because each piece is made by hand, no two are identical. Small variations in shape, petal count and finish are a feature of handmade work, not a defect.

3. How an order is made

Photographs and prices on this website are an invitation to enquire, not a fixed offer. An order exists once all of the following have happened:

• We have agreed the design, the colours, the size and the date
• We have given you a price in writing, including any delivery charge
• You have confirmed that price and made payment

We may decline an order. If we do, we will tell you why and refund anything you have paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are confirmed with your quote before work begins. Delivery is charged separately and is always included in the quote — we do not add charges afterwards.

We accept UPI and bank transfer. We do not take card payments and we do not store any payment details.

5. Timing

Every piece is wired stem by stem, so orders take time to make. We give you an estimated completion date when we confirm the order, and we treat it seriously.

Estimates are not guarantees. If anything is going to be late we will tell you as soon as we know, and if a late delivery makes the order useless to you — a gift for a date that has passed — you may cancel it and we will refund you in full.

6. Approval before dispatch

We photograph every finished piece and send it to you before it leaves us. If it does not match what we agreed, tell us and we will put it right before dispatch. This is the best moment to raise anything, and we would much rather hear from you then.

7. Delivery

We deliver across Bengaluru and the areas around it. Because nothing perishes, we can also arrange courier delivery further afield — ask us and we will quote for it.

Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address and time given. If nobody is available and a second attempt is needed, we may charge for it.

Responsibility for the item passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Changes and cancellation

Because everything is made specifically for you, cancellation depends on how far along we are:

• Before we start making it — cancel for any reason and we refund you in full
• Once work has started — we refund what you have paid less the cost of materials already used and the work already done, which we will set out for you honestly
• Once it is finished — a made-to-order item cannot be cancelled, because we cannot sell it to anyone else

Small changes are usually possible early on. Ask, and if we can do it without starting again, we will.

9. If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as agreed, send us a photograph the same day and we will repair it, replace it or refund it. Which of those we do depends on what has happened, and we will discuss it with you.

A bent stem can usually be straightened at home and we will talk you through it. Anything worse is ours to fix.

Handmade variation, and colours that differ slightly from how they looked on your screen, are not defects. Screens vary and dye lots vary. If exact colour matching matters, tell us before you order and we will send you a photograph of the actual materials first.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that applies to you.

10. Care and safety

Our pieces are made from soft fibre wrapped around wire. Please treat them as decorative objects rather than toys:

• Keep them away from young children and pets. They contain wire and small decorative parts
• Keep them away from open flame, heaters and lamps
• Do not put them in water and do not wash them
• Keep them out of long hours of direct sunlight, which fades any dyed fibre over time
• Dust with a soft brush or a hairdryer on its coolest setting

We are not responsible for damage caused by use that goes against this guidance.

11. Custom designs and copies

If you ask us to copy a design from a photograph you send, you confirm that you are entitled to have it made. We will not reproduce artwork, characters, logos or designs that belong to someone else.

Anything we make remains our design work. You are of course free to photograph and share what you have bought.

12. This website

The photographs, text and design on this website belong to Meemi Bloom. Please do not copy them for commercial use or present our work as your own. Sharing a photograph on social media with credit to us is welcome.

We keep the site accurate but cannot promise it is free of errors or always available.

13. Our responsibility

We are a small business selling decorative handmade goods. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

We do not exclude responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We would far rather sort out any problem by talking to you first — please write to us before doing anything else.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
